I had two short trips today in the nice weather. The first was with chris and his family, some of whom were on their first boat fishing trip. We made our way out on an unexpectedly nice day and were soon at our chosen mark. The first cast saw a couple of bites and a dogfish come out soon after the girls were starting to show the boys up with the first roker coming out. thankfully as the trip went on the boys managed to even things up a bit and everybody caught in the end. We finished up with 6 roker a few dogs and whiting for our short trip which was good to see. Everybody seemed to enjoy them selves too.
