Had 8 lads aboard to day all individuals, a few of the lads were late down after getting confused and heading to canvey island this morning. We eventually got under way and were surprised to see a bit of breeze as we got further down. as we were now running quite late we arrived at our first mark with very little tide left and were soon starting to swing around. There were plenty of dogfish showing and the odd roker over the turn of the tide. One or two of the lads were looking a bit worse for wear so we had a short move and found a little shelter for the rest of the day. We had a few roker on the start of the tide before it went a bit quiet then moved and had a few more roker to finish the day off with 14 roker. The dave and the boys did really well, the boys were both keen to learn and well behaved. One or two of the other lads may have struggled. I would suggest that no matter how calm it may be forecast or how tempting it may be that it is not worth ruining your days fishing by over doing it the night before. Ive seen it all before and no doubt I will see it again but its not fair on the other anglers to behave that way.
