galloper

the newest incarnation of the 'Galloper' is our new evolution 33. this replaces the aquastar which im sure will be much missed. however the evoluion is a far more modern boat built in 2005 with the hull providing both fast but comfortable steaming capabilities and a stable platform to fish from. she is powered by a 420hp catapillar engine and capable of cruising from 16-18knts and getting over 24knts flat out. hopefully providing more fishing time and less steaming time when needed.

As you can see she has a large deck area which is could fish 10 easily but we have limited our parties to a maximum of 8 for room and comfort.

cover

The galloper has plenty of seating inside the wheelhouse but she is also equipt with a spray cover with side covers, to protect all of the anglers and their gear while travelling or in rainy weather.

She has a large kettle which is red hot and ready to make tea or coffee all day long.

'Lady Grace'

'Lady Grace'

the 'Lady Grace' is a 21ft open launch with seating licencing and insurance for up to 12 passengers. she has a 25hp beta marine diesel engine fitted august 2011 and a small console with all required electronics including a garmin colour plotter/fish finder for fishing trips. the 'Lady Grace is run by Stacey Belbin throughout the year and is an ideal boat for the job as she's big enough to handle open water very well and small enough to navigate the small creeks in search of the abundant wildlife without scaring it too much. she has fenders all around too so she can lay along side other vessels with no damage making her the ideal boat to run both permenant and visiting yachtsmen ashore.

the 'Lady Grace' can be found at the end of west mersea pontoon or called on the VHF on channel 72 call sign 'Lady Grace' or stacey can be contacted on 07791859624 out of hours or to arrange trips. for more information please visit the 'water taxi and harbour trips' page.
